1. Able to perform bookkeeping and tax reporting
2. Create and maintain spreadsheets
3. Perform invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
4. Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
5. Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
6. Check for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
7. Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Have 5 to 10 years of work experience in a related field preferred.
3. Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and tax reporting.
4. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
5. Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
6. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
