This is for FMCG Company.
This role will report directly to the National Key Account Manager and will have one Key Account Executive as a subordinate.
- Build strong partnerships with the portfolio of MTI across Indonesia.
- Negotiate strong business agreements consisting of listing, trade and marketing agreements in order to grow profitable sales operations across channels.
- Work together with the retail partners to execute the stock, visibility and campaign arrangements, in order to grow the volume of sales-out from retailer to end-consumer.
- Negotiate strong partnerships for the execution of the Trade Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team.
- Ensure in-store sales and marketing promotions are properly executed and have a passion for being in the field
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Good English is a must
- Having a minimum of 5 years of working experience in handling key accounts for modern trade independent or local key accounts from FMCG companies or Pharmaceutical companies.
- Having strong negotiation skills and communication skills
- Having ownership character where will take any opportunity to achieve the company’s target.
