The Production Manager will oversee all production, and order logistics and management within Bali and surrounding areas. This includes processing wholesale and e-commerce purchase orders, working closely with colleagues in Procurement, Inventory and Data Management to ensure optimized visibility and coordination of order status. The Production Manager will report to the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) and the Product Development Manager (PDM) throughout the production process, ensuring all orders are delivered on time and to the brands luxury quality standards, while any product, cost or quality discrepancies are resolved in a timely, professional and efficient manner across all production channels.
Main Responsibilities and Duties : 

• Overall order fulfillment and inventory management
• Final QC of all products before ships
• Manage and meet Customer / Wholesale Purchase Order deadlines
• Manage and oversee orders with artisans, manufacturers and raw material suppliers
• Monthly local travel to artisans to maintain relationship and visit to suppliers and manufacturers as required
• Manage weaving/customer experience related events with local stockists
• Manage day to day schedule of production team in-house and out-sourced
• Manage online production order filing systems on Company’s Google Drive 

QUALIFICATIONS : 

• Minimum 5 years experiences building end-to-end business process, production and order delivery timelines
• Minimal D3/S1
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian. Some knowledge of Balinese also an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to maintaining luxury quality standards
• Great people skills and ability to build and manage close cross-cultural relationships
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with local and international management teams
• Flexible and fast learner who thinks out of the box
